BREAKING❗We received an email last week with detailed plans for 400 Central Avenue in Downtown St. Pete. Is it just a concept or will these plans become a reality? This would be the third tallest building in Florida, outside of Miami. #StPeteRising
We’ve received a new render for Vantage Lofts (formerly First North Lofts). This 11 story building will house 211 apartments located at the corner of 16th St and 1st Ave N. The development will also include ground level retail space. We can’t wait for this one to break ground!!
ATTENTION‼️Help keep chain restaurants out of Downtown St Pete! There is a proposal to build a Dunkin Donuts with a drive-thru in the EDGE District and we need everyone’s help THIS WEDNESDAY to keep St Pete local!
THIS WEDNESDAY MARCH 7 at 2 pm at City Hall, the City’s Development Review Commission will decide whether to grant the request to build a drive-thru Dunkin Donuts 913 1st Ave N (old Verizon building at corner of MLK & 1st Ave N). This hearing is open to to the public and public comment will be allowed.
