Kahwa Coffee announces new location in west St. Petersburg
Popular St. Pete-based coffee roasters, Kahwa Coffee, has announced the opening of a new storefront in West St. Petersburg near Bay Pines. Slated to open before the end of the year, the store will be the fourteenth location for the boutique coffee house. The 1,700 square foot store, located at 4850 Park Street North, will feature a drive-thru window and was formerly a Starbucks.
“We are so excited to open this new location and fill the need for a Kahwa in this area,” shared Raphael and Sarah Perrier, Founders of Kahwa Coffee Roasters. “We’re also delighted this location will feature a drive-thru, in addition to indoor and outdoor seating!”
The food and beverage menu includes all of Kahwa’s signature coffee drinks, as well as teas, canned beverages, and breakfast food items, ranging from egg bites to pastries. Expect locally-sourced baked goods from popular vendors such as Pop Goes the Waffle and cookies from WeVegan Eats. Customers can also stop in to purchase Kahwa merchandise and freshly roasted coffee to brew at home.
Founded by Sarah and Raphael Perrier in 2006, Kahwa Coffee has since made a significant mark on the Tampa Bay coffee scene, as they are committed to providing top-notch customer service and locally roasted coffee. Kahwa’s coffee is locally roasted and distributed out of their St. Pete roastery, with their products offered in select Publix stores and more than 800 wholesale locations. You can also sip on Kahwa coffee at local restaurants like The Hollander Hotel, The Wooden Rooster, and The Bakery at Cassis.
Kahwa’s new location in west St. Petersburg is expected to open later this year. Visit Kahwa’s website to learn more. Give them a follow on Facebook and Instagram for updates on store openings, events, and major announcements.
