Construction is complete and move-ins have commenced at Castille Urbana, a new 40-unit condominium building, in downtown St. Pete.

NJR Investment and Development Company, which is helmed by CEO and President Neil Rauenhorst, recently announced the completion of the five-story building at 600 3rd Avenue South, located just three blocks from St. Pete’s best restaurants, bars, and coffee shops on Central Avenue.

“This milestone marks a significant achievement, particularly in a market where delays have become common,” Rauenhorst said in an announcement. “We’re thrilled to provide new homeowners the opportunity to move in without waiting, delivering a truly unparalleled downtown St. Pete lifestyle.”

The first floor of Castille Urbana contains 40 assigned parking spaces and a lobby topped by four floors of condominium residences.

The new condo building contains two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 1,158 to 1,650 square feet. Eight units are currently available for immediate occupancy.

Every condo comes with a balcony, hardwood flooring, 9-foot ceilings (10 feet on the fifth level), quartz countertops in the kitchen, and other high-end finishes.

Prices for the units start in the mid-$800,000s.

Residential amenities include a gated parking garage, a community room, a fitness center, a dog park and washing station, and electric car-charging stations.

Castille Urbana represents the latest development from NJR Companies, following the completion of Domus Urbana condos, a 40-unit development at 644 3rd Avenue South, and Regent Lane, a 20-unit townhome complex at 145 4th Avenue North.

NJR is also working on another project, Aerie on 3rd, a 36-unit condo building at 357 3rd Street South across from Camden Pier District.
