The Savannah Bananas will bring Banana Ball to St. Petersburg during their 2025 World Tour! The team has announced it will play at Tropicana Field on March 15 and 16, 2025.

For those unfamiliar, the Savannah Bananas have become a national sensation, transforming America’s pastime into a high-energy, theatrical event that blends baseball with fun and flair. "Banana Ball" features a fast-paced format with unconventional rules that keep fans on the edge of their seats.

Known for on-field antics, choreographed dances, and even stilt-walking players, the Bananas create an unforgettable experience that's as much about entertainment as it is about baseball.

The visit to Tropicana Field promises a family-friendly atmosphere where fans can enjoy non-stop action and a few surprises.

It's an opportunity for local residents to experience this one-of-a-kind show right in their own backyard, as the Bananas bring their zest for the game to St. Pete.

Tickets are expected to be in high demand and the team is having a “ticket lottery.” Fans can sign up for the lottery before November 1, 2024 and a random drawing will take place two months before the event. If you’re selected, you’ll get the opportunity to purchase tickets.

The Savannah Bananas last visited the region in February 2024 with a game in Tampa.
