Downtown St. Pete continues to be one of the hottest neighborhoods in Tampa Bay with nearly 1,700 residential units currently under construction and an additional 1,900 units proposed in the greater downtown area. Even with those mind boggling stats, supply is still struggling to keep up as more and more people are finding out about Downtown St. Pete.
One street that has seen significant change in the past few years is 4th Avenue South near USF St. Pete and the Innovation District. Since 2014 multiple new developments have sprouted up along this corridor including: Campbell Landings, Camden Pier District (formerly known as AER), Urban Landings, and The Sabal. ⚠️ Scooters will be banned from sidewalks and along the waterfront trail
⚠️ Scooters can be ridden within a bike lane, if there is one, on roads with speed limits of 30 miles per hour and under
⚠️ Speeds capped at 15 miles per hour
⚠️ The scooters must be parked within designated corrals across the city
The renovations to Avid Brew Company are COMPLETE! 🍺🥳 Although the brewery has been open for over a year now at 1745 1st Ave S, renovations to the front of the building are officially done. 😁 In addition to serving fantastic beer, Avid also sells homebrewing and growing supplies in a retail store attached to the expanded tasting room.
