Construction begins on Reflection, an 18-story condo tower, on 8th Street in St. Pete

Construction has begun on an 18-story condominium tower, Reflection, near Mirror Lake in downtown St. Petersburg.

The 88-unit building is being developed by a team led by the principals of HP Capital - Fred Hemmer, Angelo Cappelli, and Nick Hansen at the northwest corner of 3rd Avenue North and 8th Street.

"As a lifelong resident I can't be more excited and prouder of what the downtown area of St Petersburg has become. It is a jewel, and we are very excited about developing Reflection that will complement other new projects in the area," says Hemmer.

18-story condo tower, Reflection, to break ground in February in downtown St. Pete

An 18-story condominium tower near Mirror Lake in downtown St. Pete is moving closer towards becoming a reality.

Reflection, an 88-unit tower that is proposed for the northeast corner of 3rd Avenue North and 8th Street, has reached a new sales milestone: over 60% of the building has been pre-sold and converted to contract.

The milestone was announced at a celebration at The Floridian Social Club in late October that was attended by 200 people including the development team and many of the project’s partners.

Reflection, a proposed 18-story condo tower in St. Pete, is over 40% sold

Downtown St. Pete’s Reflection condominium project continues to move toward ground breaking.

The 81-unit tower, which is proposed for the northeast corner of 3rd Avenue North and 8th Street, has surpassed $30 million in sales with reservations accounting for over 40% of the building.

Reflection is being developed by a team led by Fred Hemmer, a veteran of the real estate industry, along with local businessmen Chad Horne, Nick Hansen, and Angelo Cappelli. The group is under contract to purchase a parking lot which is currently owned and used by BridgePoint Church.
