Cleveland developer reveals plans for St. Pete apartments

Cleveland-based developer, the NRP Group, has announced plans for its 300-unit apartment complex in St. Petersburg. The $55 million project will be named "the Sol" and will be aimed at upscale renters with monthly rates ranging from $800 to $1,800, the Tampa Bay Times said. Individual units will range from 600 to 1,200 square feet. The block is bordered by Fourth and Fifth streets and Third and Fourth avenues. [Source]
