Sales launch for Art House, a 42-story building planned for 200 Central Avenue

Days after receiving unanimous approval from St. Pete City Council, Kolter Urban has launched sales for their latest condominium tower in downtown St. Pete.

Kolter Urban, which previously built ONE St. Petersburg and is currently constructing Saltaire, is now planning Art House, a 42-story building at 200 Central Avenue. Art House will feature 244 units with two or three-bedrooms and between 1,380 and 2,637 square feet.

The residences will feature open great room designs, floor-to-ceiling glass and spacious terraces which showcase stunning views of the city skyline

“Kolter Urban is thrilled to launch Art House and further elevate the thriving community of St. Petersburg,” says Bob Vail, President of Kolter Urban. “We have been extremely bullish on St. Petersburg for years and have earned a reputation for delivering amenity-rich, luxury condominiums to market. We are delighted to introduce our latest luxury address to the area. Art House is perfectly situated in the epicenter of the vibrant Downtown on the main East and West artery of St. Pete at Central Avenue, just steps to the waterfront and the plethora of restaurants on Beach Drive.”

The 450-foot modern tower is designed by SB Architects of Coral Gables and will include 6,100 square feet of ground floor retail along Central Avenue and 3rd Street South. A resident lobby will front 1st Avenue South and residents will enter the building’s 482-space parking garage, which will occupy floors two through eight, via a circular driveway. Valet parking will also be available.

AT 450-FEET, THE ART HOUSE WILL BE AMONG THE TALLEST BUILDINGS IN DOWNTOWN ST. PETE AND PINELLAS COUNTY.

Cloud 9, an expansive amenity deck will occupy the entire ninth floor and will feature a resort-style pool, an exclusive cocktail bar, and poolside cabanas. Indoor amenities include a simulated video game, The Hub, a coworking space with both communal spaces and private meeting rooms, a full spa featuring a sauna and steam room, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with outdoor training space.

Residential units will occupy floors 10 through 42 with about eight residences per floor. Fewer residences will be on the penthouse floors. Residences will feature flow-through layouts, with open great room designs, floor-to-ceiling glass and spacious terraces which showcase stunning views of the city skyline, Tampa Bay and beyond, among other features.

Smith & Associates Real Estate is the exclusive broker for the project. An Art House sales center is located at Smith & Associates showroom at 330 Beach Drive NE. Pre-construction pricing is set to begin in the $800,000s.

“With the great sales success at Saltaire and only four homes remaining of the 192 residences, and just a handful of available condominium resales on the market, the demand for new luxury condominium construction continues to remain strong in downtown St Petersburg,” said Dave Traynor, Vice President of Real Estate/New Developer Services. Kolter has a reputation for delivering a quality, luxury product and has become the preeminent developer in the Tampa/St. Petersburg market.”

Construction on Art House in St. Petersburg, FL is expected to begin in late 2022 with an estimated completion in late 2024. For more information, visit their website.
