Tucked inside a century-old building near Mirror Lake, a wellness center is combining functional medicine, recovery therapies, and classes like yoga and breathwork under one roof.
REVO Wellness has relocated from its former 4th Street North storefront to the historic Dupont Building at 155 8th Street North in downtown St. Pete.
At nearly 5,700 square feet, the space is more than triple the size of its previous home, allowing REVO to add group classes, recovery amenities like sauna and cold plunge, massage, and a broader mix of aesthetic and lifestyle services.
Owners Bryce Gonzalez and Bridget Boudreaux started remodeling the space in fall 2025, turning the former call center into a space centered on healing and recovery.
Gonzalez, a St. Pete native, previously served in counter-intelligence for the U.S. military’s special operations.
“We’ve built this to be a retreat center,” said Gonzalez, who founded the business in 2017. “It’s not your typical clinic or med space — it’s much more than that. We want to create change for the entire community to live longer and become the healthiest version of themselves.”

At the center is The Temple, a large atrium used for yoga classes, meditation sessions, sound baths, breathwork, and workshops.
Several private suites branching off the main atrium are dedicated to medical services, skincare and massage treatments, as well as a “Zen Den” featuring a private cold plunge pool and an infrared sauna with red light therapy.
Bridget Boudreaux, Gonzalez’s wife and a certified herbalist, can often be found in her office crafting personalized herbal blends for clients or behind an old reception desk turned mocktail bar.
The bar, open to walk-ins and clients, serves espresso drinks and teas with immunity-boosting and anti-inflammatory ingredients.
Options include The Golden Veil, a mix of turmeric, cinnamon, and house-made ginger syrup in milk with a shot of espresso, and the You’re Glowing, a tart floral tea that supports circulation, skin health, and hydration.

Custom kombucha from St. Pete-based Beech Kombucha and adaptogenic mushrooms are also available.
“We were so limited in the space before, and now we are able to add all of the components that we wanted,” said Boudreaux, who studied at Traditions School of Herbal Studies in St. Pete.
REVO Wellness also offers services focused on weight loss, muscle growth, and recovery, offering treatments like cellular therapy, a regenerative approach that uses biologic materials to support the body’s natural healing process.
While often linked to sports injuries, it’s also used to address chronic pain, mobility issues, and everyday wear and tear.
Additional services include hormone replacement therapy and aesthetic treatments.

Pricing is based on a tiered monthly membership starting at $99. Therapies and weight loss management services do not require a membership.
“We welcome everyone and want to help educate them wherever they are on their health journey,” concluded Gonzalez.
