The Phoenix, Arizona-based gym franchise EōS Fitness is expanding its footprint with its first St. Pete location.

EōS Fitness, a low-cost gym known for its smart technology and high-end amenities, will replace the old Bealls department store at 2830 54th Avenue South in the Seville Square plaza.

The 39,600-square-foot retail space is on a separate parcel of the Publix Supermarket-anchored plaza owned by Tampa-based RMC Property Group, one of Florida's largest full-service real estate companies.
