Five-story upscale beachfront condo building is coming to Treasure Island

An upscale penthouse-only beachfront condominium development is about to break ground on the sandy shores of Treasure Island.

Arriving in late 2025 at 10126 Gulf Boulevard, The Pearl will feature four full-floor penthouses boasting over 4,000 square feet of space with unobstructed 180-degree ocean views and private access to one of the widest sections of the barrier island.

The Pearl is the brainchild of Alex Millman and Amy Krusemark, who have over 45 combined years of development experience and have focused their real estate efforts in the St. Petersburg area for the last decade.

“Our vision for The Pearl comes from living and enjoying this incredible beach and island vibe for the last 20 years,” said Millman. “We crafted a haven that embodies the essence of oceanfront living accentuated by the allure of Treasure Island. These residences epitomize modern luxury, promising a revitalizing and invigorating living experience.”

Each four-bed, five-bath residence will have 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sliding glass doors that open to a 930-square-foot balcony and outdoor grille space.

The residences feature an expansive living/dining/kitchen area, office, gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, Cove/Subzero/Wolf appliances, a hidden walk-in butler's pantry, a wine room, and large format porcelain tile throughout.

The primary suite contains a spacious walk-in custom closet and a luxurious ensuite bath complete with soaking tub, shower, and dual vanities.

The additional three bedrooms all feature walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms.

Community amenities include three deeded interior parking spaces for each residence, guest parking, a dedicated dog run, an outdoor heated pool and spa, and a patio fire pit oasis space.

The development team includes Safety Harbor-based general contractor GSA Contracting Inc., St. Petersburg-based architect Fraze Design, Bonita Springs-based Tye Interior Design, and Tampa-based Stridis Renderings, which was responsible for pre-construction marketing and 3D visualizations.

According to a Zillow listing, the units are currently listed at $5.5 million each.

The Pearl is expected to commence construction in the next few weeks with a completion in late 2025.
