Several new retailers are set to join the growing Skyway Marina District as part of a large mixed-use development.
Foxtail Coffee Co., Solis Mammography, and 3Natives Acai Cafe will open in a new retail outparcel building along 34th Street South.
The 4,500-square-foot building fronts the newly-opened 23,000-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market at 3411 32nd Avenue South.
Altis Cardinal broke ground on the retail building in 2025 as part of the $800 million Sky Town development.

Sky Town’s retail space is being marketed by ACRE Commercial Real Estate.
Vertical construction on the first apartment building began in September 2025.
Founded ten years ago in Winter Park, Foxtail Coffee Co. has expanded across Florida, including a St. Petersburg location at 730 4th Street North, which opened in 2021.

The new Sky Town retailers and restaurants come at a time when the Skyway Marina District is seeing a surge of new retail activity.
A 5,900-square-foot outparcel retail building located next to the Marina Club Apartments is under construction at 4311 34th Street South. The building, which is expected to open later this year, will house Huey Magoo’s, Jersey Mike’s Subs, and Smoothie King.
The district has also attracted national brands such as Chipotle Mexican Grill, which opened the area’s its first “Chipotlane” (a drive-thru for online pickup orders) in 2025 near the Addison Skyway Marina Apartments.
Other retailers, such as Starbucks, Zaxby’s, and Tropical Smoothie, have also opened in the Skyway Marina District in recent years.
