Just announced today, a new condominium tower called Bliss is under development less than a block off of Beach Drive. This project will replace the Buckley Moss gallery and is adjacent to Rowland Place- a 20 unit condo project currently under construction. Bliss will consist of 30 units across 19 stories with most units featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and 2,140 square feet of living space. According to this post, prices will start around $800,000, with the median price around $1,100,000 which is similar pricing compared to other luxury condo towers. The building will feature an outdoor kitchen and fitness center on the 19th floor.

Although completion is about 2 years away, this project will be highly anticipated in the hot downtown real estate market. Renders and floor plans will be released shortly and this post will be updated when they are available.

UPDATE: A render has been made available along with a website(www.blissoverbeachdrive.com). Going with the tagline "30 units | 0 neighbors | 100% exclusive" the project will offer amazing park and bay views. Floor plans are available on the website. The site plan shows there to be one retail unit in the building.
