7-unit townhome development proposed for 16th Street in St. Pete’s Woodlawn neighborhood
/A new townhome community has been proposed for 16th Street in St. Pete’s Greater Woodlawn neighborhood. The project, named Woodlawn Townhomes, will be located one mile north of downtown at 2203 16th Street North.
Woodlawn Townhomes is being developed by TRB Development which is owned by Trevor Burgess and Jon Carlon.
