A modern, locally owned hot yoga and sculpt studio is preparing to open next month in St. Pete.

FireFlow will officially debut to the public on Saturday, August 2nd at 290 9th Street North.

Behind this exciting new venture is Selin Arsezen, a well-known figure in St. Pete’s yoga community who holds a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification (RYT-500).

Selin taught power yoga and sculpt classes locally in St. Pete for several years before deciding to create her own space.

The new 2,500-square-foot boutique studio will feature premium shock-absorbing floors for enhanced comfort and safety, along with high-quality infrared heating panels.

“We have the best infrared panels and floors for hot yoga,” said Peter Coulis, who has been helping Selin bring the FireFlow vision to life.“This is going to be a different premium experience in St. Pete.”

FireFlow will be led by an all-star team of hand-selected teachers who have multiple years of teaching experience in yoga and fitness. They’re passionate about empowering students and delivering exceptional classes.

FireFlow will open with around 30 classes per week and plans to add more soon. The studio welcomes anyone interested in hot yoga and fitness-based classes like sculpt.

All classes are heated with temperatures ranging between 85 to 100+ degrees, helping students warm up muscles, boost heart rate and metabolism, and enjoy the detoxifying benefits of a good sweat and infrared heat.

The studio offers five class formats with varying levels of intensity and heat:

  • fire Sculpt: A full-body workout blending yoga, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), dumbbells, cardio bursts, and core exercises.

  • fire Power: A high-energy, high-heat vinyasa flow that focuses on building balance, flexibility, and strength through dynamic sequences.

  • fire Tone: High heat, low impact workout blending yoga and strength work with light dumbbells, resistance bands & ankle weights. Without any cardio bursts.

  • fire Set: A slower-paced, high-heat vinyasa flow that sets the groundwork for the fire Power class by building foundational skills.

  • fire Yin: A blend of slow flow and yin yoga, starting with steady movement and ending with deep, extended holds at medium heat—perfect for hot yoga beginners.

The current membership option includes a heavily discounted pre-sale rate of $125 per month for unlimited classes. Those who sign up before the deadline will keep this rate for the duration of their membership. The offer ends Friday, August 1st at 6:00 pm.

After opening there will be more options for memberships, class packs, and drop-ins.

Selin began practicing yoga in 2015 during a challenging time in her life while living in California. What started as a form of exercise quickly became something much more meaningful.

“It came during one of the hardest times in my life, filled with grief and self-limiting thoughts,” she wrote. “Yoga became my foundation, it grounded me, challenged me, and transformed me physically, mentally, and spiritually.”

Nearly ten years later, in 2023, Selin took a solo trip through Southeast Asia to find clarity during another challenging period. It was during a yoga retreat there that she realized her true calling.

“In that stillness, I realized what I truly wanted: to create a space where others could experience the same strength and connection that yoga gave me.”

For anyone curious about trying hot yoga or sculpt classes, the team recommends starting with the fire Yin or fire Set classes to get comfortable with the heat.

FireFlow will be open 7 days a week and offer classes at the most popular times.

If you want to come see the studio prior to opening, they will have some open hours for viewing. Visit their website or download their app for a full class schedule.
