Owners of Noble Crust to open Noble Tavern Off the Farm in downtown St. Pete

One of north St. Pete’s most popular and well-known restaurants, Noble Crust, has plans to open a new farm-to-table concept in downtown St. Pete. Noble Tavern Off the Farm is slated to debut in mid-2023 inside the recently completed Tru by Hilton hotel at 1650 Central Avenue in the Grand Central District.

The new restaurant is a joint venture between Noble Crust owners Jeff Strouse, Tj Theilbar, Tim Curci, and Chris Sweeney and the developer of the Tru by Hilton, Anthony Menna, President and Owner of Menna Development.

"We're extremely excited to create a new concept with this partnership,” stated Tj Theilbar, Co-owner of Noble Crust and Noble Tavern. “None of this would be possible if it wasn't for our hardworking and dedicated team members. We're eager to become a part of the Grand Central District and downtown St. Pete community."

Construction has begun on an 18-story condominium tower, Reflection, near Mirror Lake in downtown St. Petersburg.

The 88-unit building is being developed by a team led by the principals of HP Capital - Fred Hemmer, Angelo Cappelli, and Nick Hansen at the northwest corner of 3rd Avenue North and 8th Street.

35-story condo tower Saltaire sells out in downtown St. Pete

Saltaire, a 35-story condominium tower under construction at 300 1st Street South, has sold out nearly a year before its expected completion in June 2023.

The modern high-rise is being developed by Delray Beach-based The Kolter Group. The company’s other St. Pete projects include ONE St. Petersburg, a 42-story condo tower located two blocks north of Saltaire, and Art House, also a 42-story condo tower coming soon to 200 Central Avenue.

Art House, which launched sales at the beginning of February, has already received reservations for over 100 of its 244 residential units.

A new residential tower has been proposed for Echelon City Center in St. Pete’s Gateway area.

Echelon City Center is a master-planned mixed-use development being built by Echelon, a St. Petersburg-based real estate company. Announced in the early 2000s, the community will have residential units, office space, a hotel, and ground-floor retail. However, plans for the development have changed over time.

The proposed 17-story tower is planned for a 1.88-acre site, dubbed “Site 9”, that sits between two recently completed multifamily developments – Waterview and Axio at Carillon.
