Pasghetti to bring homemade spaghetti and meatballs to North St. Pete
/Meatball lovers, rejoice! Pasghetti, a new fast-casual Italian-inspired restaurant, is making its way to St. Pete this spring with a focus on two key menu items – Spaghetti & Meatballs and Meatball Subs.
Moving into the former Green Light Sushi Bar location at 229 62nd Avenue North, Pasghetti aims to provide quality over quantity, offering a limited menu with a spotlight on the “most delicious meatballs and red sauce to come to St. Pete.” The menu will also include salads, gelato, and buttery garlic bread.
Owners Ken and Olivia Bell are bringing Pasghetti to St. Pete after relocating from Denver and New Orleans, following a cross-country road trip that led them to fall in love with southwest Florida. After more than 10 years of testing and perfecting the recipe for their original red sauce, the Bell’s felt it was time to share it with the world and better yet, bring it to St. Pete.
