21-story, 310-unit apartment tower planned for 1st Avenue North in the EDGE District
/Just three months after announcing plans to build 300-400 apartments at the crossroads of Central Avenue and 34th Street, Virginia-based developer Kettler is now pitching plans for another project in St. Pete.
The proposed $100 million apartment tower, which would rise at the northwest corner of 1123 1st Avenue North in the EDGE District, was recently submitted to the City of St. Pete for approval.
Plans call for the construction of a new 21-story tower featuring 310 apartments above parking for 360 vehicles. The project will also include 6,766 square feet of commercial space, 351 square feet of office space, and parking for 325 bicycles.
